The phenomenon of "lawyer blogging" in cyberspace, as one of the new manifestations of the field of law, has simultaneously brought both significant opportunities and threats to the judicial institution and the legal profession. In a deeper view, this article attempts to explore the consequences of the active presence of lawyers on the digital platform by relying on the theoretical framework of communication action. Although this presence can promote citizens ' legal knowledge and increase transparency in judicial processes, the lack of clear regulatory and ethical regulations has made it a factor in undermining public trust and reducing the symbolic credibility of the institution. The main issues of this phenomenon can be examined at three levels: structural, functional and normative. In the structural dimension, the principle of independence and confidentiality is influenced; in the functional dimension, the popularization of legal content and conflicts of interest undermines the specialized position of the lawyer; and at the normative level, the social capital of this profession is damaged by unrealistic expectations and misrepresentations. This could lead to the reproduction of stereotypes and the reinforcement of "self-expression" rather than "professionalism" for female lawyers who have previously faced gender and structural barriers. In addition, the unprofessional actions of some lawyers, including providing non-professional advice, misleading advertising and violating the privacy of clients, not only exacerbate distrust of the bar, but also question the legitimacy of the judicial system. In response to these challenges, the drafting of the "code of professional ethics for online activity", the establishment of efficient regulatory mechanisms and the promotion of media literacy of lawyers were proposed. Achieving a balance between exploiting the educational opportunities of cyberspace and preventing its harm will only be possible through the cooperation of the supervisory bodies, the legal community and citizens.
